The aim of the electronics platform is to train high-level operators and technicians to meet the demand from companies for highly technical professions.
Our technical platform enables us to carry out production activities in electronics:
To this end, the plateau is equipped with a complete SMT line comprising a destacker, a screen printer, two automatic placement machines, and a 9-zone reflow oven.
A double wave, manual layout and inspection stations, AOI and in-situ testers complete the production tool.
Operators also have access to tools for board repair, such as hot plates, a soldering/desoldering station and binocular magnifying glasses.
The platform's equipment enables the production or testing of small series of electronic boards for highly specialized applications.
The platform space is organized in islands, as in an electronics production plant. There are shelves for storing electronic components, as well as an oven, just like in a real professional warehouse.
The building has a special antistatic floor to protect against static electricity, which is essential for electronics production. Trainees are also required to wear the same regulatory clothing as company employees (smock, heel pads, gloves).
Our training courses combine theory with practical applications (hands-on experience, handling of tools, measuring equipment and maps), enabling us to:
