This training leads to the award of a level 7 qualification, Manager Logistique et Achats Industrie, a certification registered with the RNCP (37618) by decision of France Compétences on May 31, 2023, for a period of 3 years, delivered by the Groupement d'Intérêt Public (GIP CEI).

The added value of the establishment : Public procurement, worth 200 billion euros, or around 10% of French GDP, is a lever for action recognized by the public authorities.

GIP CEI supports the development of this strategic function by offering training courses that will enable public bodies to equip themselves with the skills they need to meet the new challenges of the purchasing function.


Training objectives


The program provides skills in operational maintenance, supply chain security, crisis management, business continuity planning and disaster recovery. It includes training on a dedicated DIATEAM platform.

The aim is to train supply chain and purchasing cybersecurity specialists who can integrate into their organization the security issues linked to the digital transition, digitization of processes and information systems purchasing.

The skills targeted are technical, organizational, legal, environmental, geostrategic and managerial. Future graduates will be able to secure the supply chain and implement strategies to ensure the security and sustainability of complex information systems.

Eligible candidates are :

  • a Bachelor's degree for the 2-year course;
  • an M1 or M2 degree for a 1-year course.

La sélection se fait sur :

  • dossier ;
  • tests à distance ;
  • et entretien (éventuellement en visioconférence).

Course periods total 420 hours (12 weeks) per year.

The program is available as a continuing education, VAE or sandwich course.

Training is provided by top-level teachers, lecturers, experts and practitioners.

The scientific director and academic manager is Mathilda Desgres, winner of a doctoral scholarship from the French Ministry of Defence.

Open house dates: December 16, 2023, March 2 and June 1, 2024.

Applications open: 3 admission sessions.
Date of juries and interviews: from December 2023
Start of school year:
November 2024

  • Report and defense on a topical issue in the field of public purchasing;
  • End-of-studies project on a theme chosen in connection with the administration assignment;
  • An assignment within a public or para-public administration to assess the learner's ability to implement and manage projects in the above-mentioned fields;
  • An oral presentation before a jury of professionals and academics to assess the student's ability to validate a project or a piece of work.

Room available, slideshows, course materials, student handbook, computer room with free access.
Face-to-face, presentations of essential concepts, case studies, educational games, company visits, testimonials, the training encourages group work.

Individualized follow-up of students with a double tutoring system: a teaching tutor (at the training center) and an industrial tutor (at the host company).
1 follow-up visit per year by the teaching tutor at the host company.
