The E.S.P.R.I.T. campus. Industries campus obtains QUALIOPI certification

Following a certification audit carried out last June, the campus is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the QUALIOPI certification mark. This certificate attests to the quality of the processes put in place to develop the skills of our apprentices.

Issued by certification bodies accredited or authorized by the Comité français d'accréditation (Cofrac), the Qualiopi mark is compulsory for all providers of skills development initiatives by January1, 2022, in order to continue to benefit from public and mutualized funds.

The national standard is organized around 7 quality criteria:

  1. Conditions for informing the public about the services on offer, the time needed to access them and the results obtained.
  2. Precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and the adaptation of these services to the beneficiaries, when designing the services.
  3. Adaptation of services and reception, support, monitoring and evaluation methods to the target audience.
  4. Suitability of teaching, technical and supervisory resources for the services provided.
  5. Qualification and development of the knowledge and skills of the staff responsible for providing the services.
  6. The service provider's involvement and investment in his professional environment.
  7. Gathering and taking into account feedback and complaints from stakeholders.

The E.S.P.R.I.T. campus. Industries campus is now certified for its training, skills assessment, VAE and apprenticeship activities. It ensures the quality of its actions and its daily investment to offer quality training adapted to today's working world.
