ERES4WATER takes part in the European Union's Green Week with a webinar on open innovation

The European EERES4WATER project, funded by the INTERREG Atlantic Area Programme, is taking part in the celebration of EU Green Week 2021, promoted by the European Commission.

On Wednesday June 2 at 11:00 a.m. (CET), the Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA), the project leader, will host an online webinar on "Open innovation as an opportunity for the energy-water nexus" with experts in the field.

Open innovation involves the transfer of resources between stakeholders and the acceleration of organizational capacities for innovation and commercialization through cooperation between start-ups, research centers, suppliers, customers and competitors.

This webinar aims to raise awareness and build capacity around open innovation, and shows how to bring Europe to the forefront of energy-water solutions.

EU Green Week 2021

EU Green Week 2021 will take place from June 1 to 4, and will focus on the "zero pollution" ambition. It will also focus on other relevant European green initiatives, such as climate initiatives, the forthcoming chemicals strategy, as well as initiatives in the fields of energy, industry, mobility, agriculture, fisheries, health and biodiversity.

If you would like to attend this webinar, please register at https://www.eeres4water.eu/events/webinar-open-innovation/, and join the conversation on social media with the hashtag #EUGreenWeek.
