Alternation and funding

The E.S.P.R.I.T Industries Campus allows students enrolled in our courses to follow their studies in the form of alternation, thus promoting their professional integration. The alternation allows to combine theoretical training in school and practical training in business on rhythms specific to each training.

WHY CHOICE THE ALTERNANCE?

The alternating training period allows:

Prepare a title as part of a professionalized course.

The training is based on a controlled progression of teachings and professional situations entrusted to trainees

Diversifying teaching methods

This pedagogical system makes the trainee more involved in his training insofar as there is a permanent link between professional situations and the teachings in which he participates.

Accelerating the development of maturity

The exercise of professional activities allows the intern to acquire elements of social responsibility more quickly.

Facilitate further employment

To the extent that the employer has appreciated the intern, in many cases he will wish to keep him in his staff.

Our alternating programs are eligible for the apprenticeship contract and/or the professionalisation contract. These two types of (employment) contracts combine theoretical training in our educational institution with practical training in business. They pursue the same training objective, but have specific application methods.

The apprenticeship contract

contract

Fixed-term or indeterminate employment contract, signed by the apprentice and the employer (a company domiciled in France only). It lasts 1 and 3 years and ends with the professional designation registered with the RNCP or the diploma prepared. CerfA Form No. 10103-04 / FA13a and CERFA Notice No. 50032-04 / FA14a.

financing

The company pays the apprentice’s tuition fees, via the Apprenticeship Tax. With the agreement of the Region, in the event that the Apprenticeship Tax does not cover tuition fees, a financial partnership agreement will be signed between the company and the CFA, in order to complete the differential between the amount of the tax available and the published on the prefectural list. The E.S.P.R.I.T Industries Campus helps in the development of the file with students and businesses.
